‘Enitan‘ a short film produced by Homevida and written by Chris Odeh has been nominated for ‘Educational Movie of the Year’ at the Prestige Awards 2015. According to the organisers, the nomination was based purely on the opinions of the general public. In the same category are top Nollywood blockbusters such as Black November, Half of a Yellow Sun, Dry and Married but Living Single. Enitan won the 2011 Homevida Short Script Competition for the Family Friendly Prize.
The Award which is themed “Save Nigeria Education” kicked off with a walk on the 5th of November, 2015 and will be followed by a symposium which is aimed at sensitizing students and guiding them on planning for the future. The event is scheduled to hold on Sunday 29th November 2015 at Golden Gate, Ikoyi Lagos.
Enitan is a movie about dyslexia and the difficulties and challenges faced by a little girl while trying to overcome it. Please watch the video and vote here
