Its time to say TGIF!!!
Came across this movie about “dangerous play” between children. This short film takes a critical look at the kind of trouble (play) children get into when you are not looking.
Uzoma, a character in the short film, likes to play dangerous games with his little brother Chize. At the beginning of the filme, Uzoma is seen backing away from a school yard argument. Later in the day, in a classic example of transference, he decides to have some fun at his brother’s expense. What does he do? He simply asks Chize to stand on a chair, put his neck in a noose and wait for Uzoma to kick out the chair and rescue him. What could possibly go wrong with that kind of game? You will have to watch this film to find out
All parents and prospective parents and siblings need to watch this.
Kudos to the director Julius Onah in his ability to get these kids to give a performance that is spell binding!!!
